Article marketing... well, it could work if you write about general health and try to tell about a way to do something with health for example (for people to be healthy) or something like this...
Forum marketing, I don't think it will work.
Blog commenting, with 3 words -> DON'T USE IT! Social Boomarking, most websites will NOT accept your website.
Social Media... You could get your website and even account banned -> so NOT recommened.
